PHASE THREE: THIRD RIGHT (BODY DYNAMICS)

Your m state as well as your overall senses should be rese your very existence thus preparing you to be more susceptible to the next right. One is encouraged to condition your body in an e to increase strength, stamina, endurance, agility a structure. Now that you are nourishing your inter and externals properly you should feel the shift in energy, metabolism, self-worth, self-awareness th promoting a healthier conscientiousness. You are ready to enter the third right. One my find it easy incorporate the third right after committing to the and second right.
